Cu Chi Tunnels Half-day trip [Less-Touristy]

Tour Itinerary: 

1/  Pick-up 

- 08:00 for Morning Tour 

- 12:00 for Afternoon Tour

Driver and Tour Guide of Peace Travel will pick you up at Your Hotel and depart to Cu Chi Tunnels tour - Ben Duoc Station.

2/ Rice Paper Making Village – Cu Chi District (Private Tour option)

Rice paper is one of the most famous specialty of Cu Chi. To speak about Cu Chi is to speak about Rice paper. For modern days, most of the rice paper in Vietnam is manufactured in the factory. There are only a few people left that make rice paper in the traditional way. We will visit one of those to see how they still maintain with tradition and passion of handmade rice paper.

3/ Củ Chi Tunnels – Less touristy Ben Duoc Station 

After Rice paper village, we will travel a further more of 30 minutes to Cu Chi Tunnel, and start our main journey here.

You’ll spend around 1.5 – 2 hours at the tunnel area. Your visits will include:

-​ Watching a brief propaganda video about Viet Nam War and Củ Chi Tunnels & see War Relics

-​ Visit to weapon and booby trap exhibitions.

-​ Navigating authentic Viet Cong tunnels (optional choices for 20m, 60m or 100m).

- ​Visiting different underground bunkers (kitchen, meeting room, ammunition etc.).

-​ Try some local tea and tapioca that sustained VC fighters for years.

-​ You can try to fire AK47, M16 at the shooting range. (Bullet fee is not included)

4/ Drive back to HCMC and have lunch (Private tour option) on the way 

5/ At the end of the tour, we drive you back to Sài Gòn.
