1/ Private Pick-up - 07:30

Driver and Tour Guide of Peace Travel will pick you up and depart to Ba Ria City on a 2-hour drive. On the way, we will have a stop at local rest stop and stretch your legs.

2/ Hoa Long Village & Long Tan Memorial Cross - 09:30

We’ll continue on to the Long Tan Cross, the most emotional part of the tour. With flowers and incense, we’ll perform a ritual ceremony to show our respect and commemorate the Australian and Vietnamese soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the war. After this, we’ll view Horseshoe Hill from the main street because the area itself is protected due to bombs and landmines which still remain buried.

3/ Nui Dat (SAS Hill) - the former 1st Australian Task Force. - 10:30

Next, we’ll arrive in Nui Dat, or SAS Hill, the former base of the Australian Army. Then we’ll drive to Luscombe Airfield, which has been preserved in a small village. Our guide will tell you the stories associated with this significant site.

4/ Long Phuoc Tunnels - 11:00

Then, we’ll head to the Long Phuoc Tunnels, a 1.4km tunnel system where our guide will tell fascinating stories that illustrate the life of the Viet Cong during the wartime.

5/ Optional Lunch - 13:00 - Not Included

Come back to Ba Ria City, we will have lunch at a restaurant to try local specialty including some seafoods. We can customize based on your special dietary requirements.

6/ At the end of the tour, we drive you back to Sài Gòn - 14:00 - 17:00.

The adventure is over, it is time to heading back to HCMC and drop you off at your hotel at around 6:00pm.

Complete the excursion to Long Tan Cross, Nui Dat and Ba Ria City.
